Returns & Refunds Policy
Purchases made on www.paradisesurfboards.co.uk have a 14 day exchange, returns or refund(s) policy.
Any items returned must be in the original packaging and original condition (unused) that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact.
If you wish to exchange an item(s), you need to cover the cost of postage to be sent back to us.
Any exchanged item(s) that are replaced will need to have an additional postage charge which will be covered by you.
If an item is faulty or has been incorrectly sent to you, we will refund the cost of any postage.
If you are returning an item(s) and requesting a refund, you must cover the cost of postage.
Until the item(s) reaches us, you are responsible for the item(s) so it is suggested you use a recorded or signed for upon delivery to ensure all goods are received by us.
In all return correspondence, please quote your reference number, the items you wish to return (including the size, quantity, colour etc.). All correspondence is to be done via email only to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any requests made by telephone will not be dealt with unless requested via email.
Paradise Surfboards have a 14 day return policy. The 14 days commences from the date the board was picked up/delivered to you, but the date it is returned back to us needs to be within those 14 days. Surfboards can only be returned if completely unused which includes, but is not limited to the board not taken in any water, not waxed in any way, no fins put in, and nothing stuck on the board e.g. stickers, tailpad. Cost of returning items is completely payable by the customer. Paradise Surfboards are not responsible any fees that are incurred when arranging a returns delivery. When contacting us for a return, please email us on email@example.com within that 14 day period, and someone will get back to you regarding an arrangement for delivery. In the email, please include your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for the return. Once the return has been successful, the customer will receive email confirmation of this and will be contacted for a refund. Please see Deposit Policy for information regarding any deposits paid.
Surfboard Returns Policy
All our surfboards are carefully hand packaged to ensure maximum damage control, but sometimes, due to the fragility of boards, they may get damaged in the process of delivery. So when receiving a delivery, make sure you thoroughly inspect the box/package the board came in BEFORE you sign for the board and advise the delivery driver to take photos and mark the item as damaged, if this is the case. We will only accept damaged goods claims if you have photographic damage evidence before the board was signed for. The claim will also be looked at if it is reported within 24 hours of delivery - anything after that, you will not be eligible for a claim. Also, please note that damage caused to a board after applying a tailpad, waxing a board, adding stickers, when un-packaging, or after use etc. will not be eligible for a claim.
